Loyalty Report Documentation

This documentation specifies the use and contents of the Loyalty report that is used to get statistics about the points earned and used by members. Each point earned represents a real monetary value that needs to be reserved for later use by the member. We always assume each point earned can be used at any time during the time period it is valid. The monetary value of the points can thus be seen as a promise or reservation.

The Loyalty report is further divided in six tabs and each tab has it's own set of parameters.

1. Loyalty Report Summary

  • From date : The user choosing the from date.

  • To date : The user choosing the to date.

  • Organization ID : The Organization ID for the loyalty report.

  • Store IDs : All the store Ids for the Organization Id above.

  • Report Generated Date : Date and time as when the user generated the loyalty report.

2. Loyalty Points, Global

  • Date : The full date of the transaction.

  • Collected points : The number of points collected/earned.

  • Collected value : The value of points collected/earned.

  • Used points : The number of points used/spent.

  • Expired points : The number of points that expired.

  • Expired value : The value for the points which expired.

  • Manually added points : Points added manually if the customer complains/requests for inadequate points.

  • Manually added value : The value for the points which got added manually.

  • Manually removed points : Points removed manually if the organization finds inadequacy of points.

  • Manually removed value : The value for the points which got removed manually.

  • Balance of points : The sum of all the used points, expired points, manually added points and manually removed points.

  • Balance of value : The sum of all the used value, expired value, manually added value and manually removed value.

3.Loyalty Points, Per Store

  • Store Name : The name of the Store for a specific organization.

  • Collected points : The number of points collected/earned.

  • Collected value : The value of points collected/earned.

  • Used points : The number of points used/spent.

  • Balance of points : Balance of points.

  • Balance of value : Balance of value.

4. Members, Global

  • Total purchase count : The sum of all bills for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Total purchase net value : The sum of prices for all bills excluding the vat and the discount for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Average check : The total purchase net value divided by total purchase count.

  • Member purchase count : The sum of all purchases the consumers did for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Member purchase net sales : The sum of purchases the consumers did excluding the vat and the discount for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Average member purchase net sales : The member purchase net sales divided by member purchase count

  • Non-member purchase count : The total purchase count substrated by member purchase count.

  • Non-member purchase net value : The total purchase net value substrated by purchase net sales.

  • Average non-member check : The non-member purchase net value divided by non-member purchase count.

  • Unique member count : The number of unique members for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Average member purchase frequency : The member purchase count divided by the unique member count.

  • Member identification rate (%) : The percentage of member purchase count divided by total purchase count.

5. Members, Per Store

  • Store name : The name of the Store for a specific organization.

  • Total purchase count : The sum of all bills for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Total purchase net value : The sum of prices for all bills excluding the vat and the discount for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Average check : The total purchase net value divided by total purchase count.

  • Member purchase count : The sum of all purchases the consumers did for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Member purchase net sales : The sum of purchases the consumers did excluding the vat and the discount for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Average member purchase net sales : The member purchase net sales divided by member purchase count

  • Non-member purchase count : The total purchase count substrated by member purchase count.

  • Non-member purchase net value : The total purchase net value substrated by purchase net sales.

  • Average non-member check : The non-member purchase net value divided by non-member purchase count.

  • Unique member count : The number of unique members for an organization between the from and the to date the user selecting for this report

  • Average member purchase frequency : The member purchase count divided by the unique member count.

  • Member identification rate (%) : The percentage of member purchase count divided by total purchase count.

6. App Installation

  • Relative to : Date and time as when the user generated the loyalty report.
    ** : The from and the to date the user selecting for this report.

  • Total members count : The total members using an app for that particular organization.

  • New app starts last 24 hours * : The number of apps starting in last 24 hours.

  • New app starts last 7 days * : The number of apps starting in last 7 days.

  • New app starts last 30 days * : The number of apps starting in last 30 days.

  • New app starts for this period ** : The number of apps starting in the from and the to date the user selecting for this report.
