Business Insights is Leeroy's solution for Business Intelligence using your organizations data, like orders, bills, payments, guests and performance times.
The sections of Business Insights are dashboard and report.
Dashboard
Dashboard is where you find our pre-made dashboards for sales and operations. Each dashboard contains a set of cards, graphs and tables with key figure data from the Business Insights system. The dashboard’s cards can be customized and rearranged to show the key figures you wish to see.
Reports
Reports are files that are generated based on report configurations and predefined report types. A report can be generated manually or automatically, based on a configured schedule and interval.
Key figures
A key figure is a numeric value that represents different types and uses of data collected from the Leeroy POS and Central Management systems. All cards, graphs and tables on the dashboards and data extracted by report types use one or more key figures.
Roles and Permissions
To control what user accounts have access to what features, functions and stores Leeroy Cloud uses roles. Each role has a predefined specific set of permissions in Leeroy Cloud and Business Insights.
