Cloud users
In order to have an overview and control over which users have, or who should have access to more or less of the system, you can create users with different permissions.

Overview Cloud users
Select Cloud users under the Organization section in the side menu
You will see an overview of all Cloud users. If you haven't created any user accounts yet, the list will be empty.
Filter and search options
You have a few options to filter your Cloud users to easily find the one you are searching for.
You can sort the list by these options. First name is set as the default sorting.
You can also search for users by first name, last name or email.
Edit
You can edit your users if you want to change anything. If your account has been assigned the Organization manager role, you will also have the option to delete a store.
Create new Cloud user
Click on the Create button on the top left corner of the overview.
A dialog will open and here you will enter the user information and create a user account.
After filling in all the fields in the dialog you can create the user.
You can only create one user account per e-mail address.
Add permissions
To be able to control which users have access to which parts of Leeroy cloud, you assign roles to the users.
Role | Explanation |

BI admin | Access to the entire Insights section in Leeroy Cloud, including dashboard and reports for all stores |
BI reader | Access to the insights dashboard for the specified stores |
Loyalty Manager | Access to all Loyalty functionality found in the loyalty section |
Store admin | Administration rights for all stores |
Organization manager | Administration rights for everything in Leeroy Cloud for all stores |
Product manager | Administration rights for everything under the section product management |
Layout manager | Administration rights for preorder menus and POS layouts for all stores |
Save
Remember to save your Cloud user by pressing the button in the bottom right corner.
