Card acquirers

In this section, you'll map the predefined Card acquirers to your accounts.

Overview Card acquirers mapping

This is the overview of the predefined card acquirers and their mappings. You can edit the accounts but not the card acquirer itself.

In the list, you can see the names of the card acquirers and what accounts they are mapped to for each of them.

Edit Card acquirers mapping

You can edit the mapped account for your Card acquirers.

To edit, click on the three dots to the right in the list and select edit.


Change the account by selecting or searching for the account you want to use. They are set to the default account from the start.

 


Save

When you have selected the new account you want to use you have to save the change.
Any changes that are made on a Card acquirer must be saved on the Card acquirer overview page too.


Click on the save button on the bottom right of the overview page.


Known issues

Some App and Web card transactions are being mapped to the default account instead of the specified Sales Channel account

Some payments are incorrectly tagged as ADYEN by the payment system if you have multiple sales channels with different Card acquirers.

To be able to solve this, you will need to have an ADYEN Card acquirer activated so you map different accounts to it. Please contact our Service Desk and request the `ADYEN` Card acquirer.
